CERA Rezoning announcements for Southshore, Parklands and the Port Hills
There has been a mixture of 198 Red and 203 Green for Southshore. The land going Red is that part of Southshore West closest to the estuary.
All of Parklands remains TC3 Green.
In the Port Hills 421 properties have been zoned Green. Looking at the land zone map there are still areas of White.
